Trey Loftin opened his law firm in Aledo and offers multiple services from his experience in family law, criminal law, business litigation & general practice.
Trey is a former District Judge of Parker County, is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and spent years prosecuting to jury all types of misdemeanor and felony cases before representing people charged with crimes for the defense for the last 15 years. He has also been appointed a “Special Prosecutor” for the State of Texas. More and more, this practice led to complicated litigation in businesses within families, and Trey’s civil and business litigation practices grew too. As a result, Trey was just awarded the ‘Top Business Litigator’ by 360 West for 2018.
Among other memberships and awards, Trey is a Fellow of The Texas Bar Foundation, a Mentor with the Mahon Inn of Court, and a member of the Federalist Society.
